“ I had heard such good things about this place I thought I'd give it a try despite a 20 minute drive and by-passing other ice cream places close to us. Skoops lives up to the hype for sure. We have tried a few of their ice cream flavors and they have all been very good. Their sundaes are large and "crazy" with waffle cone chips and other topping that help make them unique. They also have hot food as well. Lines can be long, both of the times I went, I think I probably waited in line at least 10-15 minutes. Staff was super friendly both times despite being clearly busy and trying to get items out fast. Highly recommend this place!! ”

“ Yummy!!!!!! Delicious ice cream treats. Also being offered tonight was their caramel apple. The ice cream is very creamy and is good either plain or in a sundae. The portions are huge so come hungry! I ate a peanut butter sundae with whipped cream and nuts. Loved it! Excellent balance of ice cream to toppings. My family also enjoyed what they ordered too. The caramel apple was HUGE! Also excellent! The staff did a great job of keeping up with the customers. Very friendly and helpful too. ”

“ Always a wait bc people flock here. I get the urge to stop when I see an interesting limited time option on Facebook. We stopped here while passing through town. The banana pudding sundae I was hoping to try was already gone so I chose to go with the blackberry shortcake sundae that sounded good and bc I sometimes, well often, have trouble deciding I also got a shake and so did my husband. His was strawberry and mine was fresh banana with butterscotch. If you've never heard of or tried this you must! It has to be fresh banana though. The syrup is just not the same. Service as always was friendly and fairly quick once we placed our order. We sat out at a picnic table under an umbrella. It's great they have these for sunny hot days. We left with smiles on our faces and full bellies. There should be something for everyone here so I say stop by if you're in the area. ”

From homemade custard to hand spun milkshakes and creative sundaes, everything here is fun and delicious. Parking in the main lot can be tight but they have a larger lower lot behind the business.
